My swing speed is very low – what type of shaft flex do I need?

I dont exactly know how slow your swing speed is however you can check that by going to a local golf store and trying what I believe is called a speed stick. It is just what sounds like a stick you swing to measure your speed. If you are below 80mph and you dont think your swing will be speeding up then you may consider a senior flex which is the weakest flex. Otherwise regular flex will fit the bill. It will cover 80 -105mph anything 105+mph and your going to want a stiff shaft. I am partial to King Cobra speed tuned drivers. Other things to keep in mind is depending on what your flight trajectory is you can look at different kick points in the shaft.
