My surveyor details are blank on page 2 of the EPC?
Your surveyor details should automatically appear on every EPC you produce – once you have successfully installed your license. You can check if your license is valid by looking at the very bottom of your PS Energy software. It should read, Licensed to: . Your accreditation / registration number. After you have installed PS Energy you should always check your surveyor details by using the Setup button… Click Setup | Get Surveyor Details. When prompted to download the latest version from the Internet click Yes. They should pop up on screen infront of you. Close this down. Now every EPC you produce will contain these details on pg.2. If your Surveyor details still do not appear you should check the Surveyor column in the PS Energy Database. The Database is located to the right of the Setup button, the area coloured a pale yellow. This column should list your name (i.e. John Smith) for each property entered. If not you need to enter you name in here in order for the details to match and
