My surround channels do not show correct fault diagnostics; what is the problem?

0

The indexing was incorrect for the Surround channels in DCM Commander. For example, if there is a physical fault on Sur1 Left, the fault is reported on Sur2 Right in Fault Diagnostics. All DCM front panel diagnostics information is reported correctly. It is only the software that misrepresents the fault. This bug has been corrected in DCM Manager and so the solution is to update your software to DCM Manager which is available at www.qscaudio.com.
