No, User IDs are user specific. Data in the PCS are Protected Health Information. HIPAA rules require tracking of User IDs to know who accesses client records. OMH Security rules require users to have their own individual User IDs. If it is appropriate for you to have access to the data, the Security Manager assigned to your agency can establish a User ID for you and grant you access to the data.
