My SuperTABLE 4.3 license is going to expire, or has expired. What do I do?

SuperTABLE is supplied to the public free-of-charge but contains a license file with an expiration date. For SuperTABLE 4.3 this date is the 15th September 2010, and it will not work past this date!!!
