My students have produced macros and activated them using 3 different methods as well as looking at the code and explaining what is happening. How can they evidence improving functionality?
I suggest making some very minor amendments to the code of the macro – maybe changing one or two items of data or chaning the number of copies to print. Then this will show the code has been edited effectively. What is important here is that candidates know how to edit the code and that if they make some changes – even minor ones – to the code – then this is exactly the same as recording the macro with those differences in the first place.
