My students are concerned about being “published” on the web. Do they retain their rights to work that appears on the Creative Writing Programs Project site?

The students’ works will appear on a CWPP website, not in a publication per se. The Creative Writing Programs Project site should be considered more along the lines of an archive or directory, and not an online magazine or journal. Students retain rights to all work appearing on the CWPP website.
