My store sells 2-packs of CFLs for $14.00. Since the ENERGY STAR qualified “specialty” CFLs discount is $3.00, a package, can I use 2 coupons for a $6.00 instant discount?

Unfortunately not, the offer is one coupon per product purchase. While customers cannot combine 2 coupons to buy 1 package they are able to use 2 or more coupons to purchase more packages (1 coupon per package).
