The best thing to do is call Tech Support at 1-888-SteriPEN or email us at support@steripen.com to first make sure the SteriPEN does in fact need to be returned. If so, the technician will issue a return authorization (RA) number. When sending the product back please make sure to enclose a short note on what the problem was and also include your phone number and address for return shipping. Always return product with a tracking number.
