When you signed up, you were given two codes: A banner code and a text link code. The major difference between the two is in one simple letter. • Banner codes point to – b.asp. This tells the tracking system a banner was clicked on. • Text codes point to – t.asp. This tells the tracking system a text link was clicked on. So if you used the URL found in the banner code as your text link, everything will still work fine. The software simply “thinks” the clicks are coming from a banner.
