My stamper is lost, stolen, broken, etc. What do I do?
Replacements for lost, stolen or broken stampers will be at the Resident’s expense. Approximate charge will be $11. Replacement stamper is obtained by contacting: Beth Hessel-Kirkman, Corporate Express, 303-373-8207 with the following information: 1. Identify yourself as a Resident with the University of Colorado School of Medicine. 2. You are requesting a 2000 plus pocket stamp. 3. Provide your first and last name. 4. Mailing address where stamper can be sent. 5. VISA/Mastercard number.
