Anyone who has been granted power of attorney for a member currently serving in Iraq, Afganistan, or deployed elsewhere, can complete the waiver form on the member’s behalf. The person holding power of attorney should sign the form, and indicate that they are signing as the member’s power of attorney. Form must be remitted by 5:00 p.m., January 31, 2009.
