My Spark pins don’t fit through the touring brackets, but my Voile ones do, what gives?
Our pins fit through 99.5% of the voile touring brackets out there. If your pins don’t easily fit through the touring brackets do not force them. A 1/4 inch drill bit (by hand), a round file, or rolled up sandpaper can be used to slightly increase the size of the hole so our pins slide easily. Instructions are in our quickstart guide, which you can download here.
