There is no apprenticeship for an Electrical Engineering Technician. Once he has graduated from his college program he has his diploma in that field. If he is looking for an Industrial electrical apprenticeship specifically he would have to search the job ads either on-line or through the local newspapers. There is not an organization that specifically recruits for the Industrial field.
