There are strong reasons for regarding our Chemistry degrees as “quality products” and outstanding from similar courses elsewhere. All our MChem schemes are accredited by the Royal Society of Chemistry. This means that graduates are admitted as members of the Royal Society of Chemistry and as such are regarded as “professional” chemists by industry. Some “specialist” MChem schemes also have additional accreditation from the professional bodies associated with the particular application of chemistry involved.
