Being afraid of others vomiting is not strictly speaking emetophobia, but the situation you describe begs a lot of questions. A child who expresses fear of others vomiting obviously has a fear of doing it personally. No doubt he or she manifests emetophobia in this way because it takes the focus off him or her and puts it onto others. It would be a good idea to debrief the child in order to see if he or she has emetophobia.
