My son believes that his grade in a course is incorrect. How can he correct the error?

If your son believes the grade is in error, he must contact the instructor of the course for resolution. If the instructor feels the grade is incorrect, the instructor (never the student) must initiate a grade change. Grade changes can take up to four weeks to complete because of the multiple approvals required. After the instructor initiates a grade change, the department and the college must approve the change before the Registrar’s Office can alter the student’s record. The Registrar’s Office will notify the student by email once the grade change is processed (within three working days). Your son then can verify the grade change by viewing his transcript on ISIS.
