My software says LOCKED in all the cells on format tabs ?

This means that the software is not satisfied that you are authorised to use it. The software requires a code to operate, this is supplied when you purchase and must be entered in Options->Enter Access Code. Each code is assigned to a Subscription Data username. If you change your SD username you will need to purchase a new Market Informer License (so don’t change it). If you are fully licensed and still get this, make sure you are logged on to Subscription Data (or have logged on earlier and logged of to use historic data) and you are able to get updates into the engine. If you are using the software without a code (ie as a demo) you can only view races older than 01/01/2006 or this will happen.
