My Smartfind ID wouldn’t work, does this count as a decline?
Declines are very specific. As mentioned in a previous post it only counts as a decline if you get a call for a full day job at a school that is in your profile for a grade that is in your profile and you just don’t want to teach those students so you decline. For all other issues: dropped cell signal, codes not working, hitting the wrong key etc. document the date/time and the school and grade (if you caught it) and keep it somewhere. Do not send it to anyone. Just keep it in case there is ever a question.
