A14. First check if the switch on the back of the set-top box and make sure it is switched to the on position (Dash is pushed in). Check and make sure the batteries and new and correctly positioned inside the battery holder. The green light on the box confirms your box is on. The blue light confirms the IPTV box is receiving an Internet signal.
