My simonweb groups are gone. What happened?
Simonweb groups are stored locally in the cookies of the browser on the local machine where they were created. When a simonweb group is created, it can only be accessed on the PC where it was created. If the internet browser on that PC is configured to periodically delete cookies automatically or if they are manually deleted, the group will be deleted. There is no way to recover a group that is deleted.
