If you lose your share certificate, or it has been stolen, you should inform Equiniti immediately. A record of the missing share certificate will be made to prevent it from being used and a letter of indemnity will be sent to you to sign. In signing this indemnity, you are confirming that if the missing certificate subsequently comes to light, you will return it to Equiniti to be cancelled. This is to protect you and Cobham from possible misuse of your certificate while it is not in your possession. A replacement certificate will then be sent to you. There is a charge for this service, so you are advised to keep your share certificates in a safe and secure place.
