A. Your assistant can create itineraries for you using the WorldMate Web site and/or the Outlook Add-in, and you can use that information while traveling. You’ll need to provide your assistant with your log in details to enable them to access your Web account. And since the mobile service is in sync with the Web site, any changes your assistant makes to your travel details will be automatically updated on your Smartphone.
