My Scion xB was in an accident; can I still pursue a lemon law case?
Again, you will need to contact an attorney to see what he/she says. I know one of the questions Toyota asked me when they were repurchasing my xB was whether the car had been in an accident or not. My car was never in an accident, so it wasn’t an issue, but I would think if you had a Scion xB that was in an accident you may have problems getting Toyota to repurchase that car. They will more than likely blame the windshield issue as a result of the accident and will try to get out of compensating you.
