Your device might not be TWAIN-compatible, or it’s compatibility may be less than perfect. However, you can still capture pictures and use them in PhotoViewer PLUS. You should use the software that was included with your scanner or digital camera to create images, then save the images into files. Then, PhotoViewer PLUS can load those files with the Insert Photo… command. Also, you can drag the files from the Windows Explorer and drop them into PhotoViewer PLUS.
