My saved wallpapers look pixelated on my new iPod Touch! Whats up with that?

The newest Touch firmware 2.1.1 has a bug that prevents it from properly saving images from the web. Hopefully Apple will fix it soon. In the meantime, download your favorite wallpapers from the Artists pages. You can then sync them to your Touch through iTunes as you would with other photos.
