My Sansa Connect says battery power is too low and won turn on even when connected to my USB port or AC charger. Why is this?

You will need to let the Sansa Connect charge for 20 minutes using the AC adapter. If the battery is completely depleted, the battery will draw most of the current to charge and the Sansa Connect will not start up.
