If the problem still exists, call the Telecommunications Center. If a technician makes a service call and the problem is in the tv, you will be charged for a service call. • I am moving out of the dorm and I have extended/premium cable tv services what should I do? Go to the Telecommunications Center in Baxter hall and discontinue the extended/premium cable tv services. Your Bursar account will be credited for any unused services. • Do I have to cancel my extended/premium cable tv services at the end of each semester? No, at the end of each semester all extended/premium cable tv services to the dorms are cut off.
