My (rod / reel / wader / luggage / Gokey shoe or boot) has problems. How do I submit it for repair or replacement?
For Rods: The process for submitting a rod for repair is explained in our rod repair section — simply follow the instructions in the rod repair section. If your rod comes with a 25 year guarantee, your rod will be repaired or replaced for a nominal $30 handling fee. (If your rod is a Zero Gravity, T3, TLS, Superfine, Clearwater, Trident Spin, or Custom rod, then it comes with the 25 year guarantee.) The reason for the rod needing a repair doesn’t affect the 25 year guarantee: step on it, close the door on it, run over it with the car-it doesn’t matter, we’ll fix it. If we can’t repair it, we’ll choose a current rod of at least equal value to replace it. We also have convenient forms you can use to request a repair to your graphite rod or to request a repair to your your bamboo rod.
