A. DNS will be sending notifications in January 2010 to rental property owners advising them of the ordinance requirements and providing the property owner with a pre-selected RRI inspection date and time. The notification will include an application form and other information about the program. If you own rental property in one of the two target areas and don’t receive a notification, you should contact DNS at 286-2268 to request an application for the Residential Rental Inspection Program.
