Unfortunately not. This is because spammers already have your address – exactly what we want to avoid with Aliases. Contact your email provider to find a solution. They can rename your account – for instance “john.doe” to “john_doe”. If they do not find a viable solution, change to another provider. Then exclusively use Aliases and route your email to your new or modified real address.
