My rate plan said my coverage includes the entire state of Wisconsin. Why is my roam indicator light on?

Your rate plan is correct; your roam indicator simply means that you are no longer on a Cellcom tower. Cellcom does not have its own service towers throughout whole state of Wisconsin: we pay to use another carrier’s equipment in order to provide statewide coverage for our customers.
