For Outlook users: 1) Make sure Qurb is enabled. Start Menu > Programs > Qurb > Enable or disable Qurb 2) Make sure the Qurb toolbar is selected. Right-mouse click in the general Outlook toolbar area and you will see a menu with the following items: • Standard • Advanced • Web • Qurb • Customize Make sure the Qurb menu item has a check next to it. 3) Make sure Outlook 2002/XP or Outlook 2003 hasn’t disabled Qurb. If it has, you can get it back by selecting: Outlook Help menu > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items If Qurb appears in the list, select it and click the Enable button. Quit and restart Outlook and the Qurb toolbar should reappear. 4) If the above 3 steps don’t help, reinstall Qurb. For Outlook Express users: 1) Make sure Qurb is enabled. Start Menu > Programs > Qurb > Enable or disable Qurb 2) Make sure you aren’t using another program which adds a toolbar to Outlook Express’ main window. See this FAQ for additional details. 3) Restart your computer and relaunch Outlook
