From the FAQ’s, I gather that some Lionfish go on feeding strikes for weeks, so I assume that 5 days without feeding and adult supervision should be ok. A few days after picking up my lionfish (and maybe my Picasso trigger) — which are being quarantined at the LFS — and conducting a FW dip with Quick Cure, I go on a 4-5 day Thanksgiving vacation. Except for two damsels that I’ve had for a few weeks, the Lionfish and Trigger will be the first fish to be added to the tank.
