My Qualitag® printer currently accepts 3 inch wide tag stock. Can I run 4 inch tag stock?

No, the printer is configured at the factory for either 3 or 4 inch wide tag stock and cannot accept the opposite stock size. If you wish to change stock size, you must return the printer to the factory for conversion. This limitation applies only to the width of the tag stock. The printer can accept tags of various length by simply changing the tag stock length parameter in the Marker Setup screen via the operator terminal interface.
