My Provisional MHRT/Community Level B certificate is going to expire soon. Can I get an extension?
A. Extensions are approved on a case-by-case basis and will only be granted when there are extenuating circumstances or hardship that prevented the applicant from earning the full MHRT/Community certification within the specified time frame. There must also be evidence that the applicant has made progress towards earning the Full MHRT/Community certification during that same time.
