Your licence has an AWD of 15 per cent. You are limited to this amount for this water year. In addition, if you are extracting basic landholder rights (BLR) water as well, you are restricted to 3 ML from 10 November 2009 until 30 June 2010. This is regardless of if you are using the same pump or not. This means you can use your 15 per cent stock and domestic allocation, plus 3 ML of BLR water if needed. You are required to: • Keep a log book of when and how much water you take. • Order all licensed water intended to be extracted and supply meter readings with the order. The water order has to be accepted in writing by State Water before you commence pumping. • You can only use a pump with an inlet of up to 50 mm and can only pump stock water through pipes to troughs, not earth dams. Your domestic use is restricted to the same limits as your local council restrictions.
