My project is all locally and/or state funded, but is valued under $150,000. Do I need to set Common Construction Wages?

The Indiana Common Construction Wage Act does not apply to projects under $150,000 in value. Some city or county ordinances may require that a “prevailing wage” be established, but these wages will not be enforceable by the Indiana Department of Labor.
