My program unit reports in MHARS, but I dont see it listed in the PCS. Why not and what do I do to correct it?
The unit code, site code and unit site name shown in PCS are drawn from master provider directory. The unit may be listed in a different location if the unit site name is different from that which is shown in MHARS. Your facilitys PCS survey coordinator can assist you, since the survey coordinator pre-approved the crosswalk of MHARS units to master provider directory units and sites. If the unit is not listed in master provider directory, it may be added through MHPD.
