first of all before printing the document just give print preview. By Clicking File Menu In Menu Bar and Then Print Preview. i.e File > Print Preview If in Print Preview If You Are Satisfied with what You See then give a print, Now If You Have A Problem Now So We Can Conclude That There Is No Problem In Software Part . Then We Go To Hardware Now. If You are Not Satisfied with your print preview you can go to File > Page Setup and Fit To Page, Even Then You Have The problem its probably a software bug,try other office system like open office or so… now with the hardware…
