My Prime refinement job died with the error “pdbconvert failure in CM structure”. What does this mean?
This error can mean one of two things: • You do not have an all-atom structure, usually because the structure is missing hydrogen atoms. To fix this problem, double click on the ‘Add Hydrogens’ toolbar button. • The atoms of non-protein residues (such as ligands) do not all have the same residue name and number. To fix this problem, use the Build panel to assign a unique, single residue name and number to all atoms of each non-protein residue.
