My primary care physician (PCP) participates in an Aetna health plan, but isn listed in the directory. Why?
All providers affiliated with Aetna have the option to not appear in the directory, either online or in print. Member Services, however, always has information about which providers participate in an Aetna health plan. The phone number for your Member Services office is on your identification card.
