PowerPoint only embeds sound files under 100KB and only those in WAV format. It will only link to all other sound files. It does not embed any video files. This is PowerPoint’s way of keeping file sizes manageable. Try using the Office button, go to Publish, and use the Package for CD feature. Another option: from the Office button, go to PowerPoint Options, Advanced, and Save.
