Either one of the video servers is down, too many people are requesting the video causing it to timeout or the video is in the process of being removed. You can report videos that aren’t working in this thread. http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-9556/DuplicatesWrong-TagsCorrupt-Videos.
