Addgene uses the Uniform Biological Materials Transfer Agreement (UBMTA), which is accepted by most universities. If your plasmid requires a special MTA form, please email us the form and we will add it to the terms of what a requester must agree to before obtaining the plasmid. Please do not send plasmids to Addgene that are under patents or licenses that prevent their distribution.
