My phone manual says it is capable of OTA configuration – What is this and what are the benefits?
OTA Configuration allows you to have your WAP and MMS settings sent to you by your Phone Operationg Network (i.e. Vodafone, Orange etc) directly, rather than you having to put in the settings manually. The benefits are that it is easier for the handset owner and there is less likelyhood for mistakes to be made when inputting the settings.
