A. Under the Gold Plan, if you want the highest benefit level, your doctor can refer you to a specialist who has admitting privileges to an advantage network facility. If you decide to go to a UPMC Health Plan network facility that is NOT an Advantage Network facility, but is part of the UPMC Health Plan network, you will be subject to a deductible and 20% coinsurance.
