My patients health insurance plan has denied prior authorization. What is my next step?
• A: See our Appeals section for information on the appeals process. If a designated specialty pharmacy initiated the prior authorization, that specialty pharmacy will begin the appeals process. If the specialty pharmacy cannot assist, the specialty pharmacy will forward the case to XOLAIR® Access Solutions™ for further assistance. If the health care provider submitted for prior authorization, the case can be referred directly to XOLAIR Access Solutions for appeal assistance.
