My password worked for a while and then it wouldn let me log in anymore. Whats wrong?
Most likely you did not receive a yellow postcard in the mail with a keycode allowing you to preserve your e-ID and you have been locked out of the system. Bring a photo ID to OIT’s Customer Support Center located in Dunham Hall 0210, or to the Faculty Technology Center located in Lovejoy Library 0055 and they will reset your password. You must have a photo ID with you in order to change your password.
