My password and userid don work, what should I do?
Ensure you have copied the password and userid exactly as stated on the letter supplied with the test material. Use the same case for the letters. If you have changed your password you should use the password you set. If you cannot remember your password, you can click on the “forgotten your password” link. You will need to supply your email address (i.e the email address of the sample contact) and userid to proceed.
